Shipping Policy

Shipping Method:
- Due to the delicate nature of our items, we exclusively utilize TS or APS RTC cargo services for shipping. This ensures minimal handling and helps prevent damages during transit.
- Please note that home delivery services are not available for all items. However, some undamaged items may be eligible for home delivery.

Order Processing:
- Upon receiving your order, our team of skilled artists promptly begins working on crafting your items, adhering to the specifications provided in the order.

Packaging:
- Once the decoration process is completed, we take meticulous care to securely package all items using bubble wrap. This is done to minimize the risk of damages during transportation.

Shipping Process:
- After the packaging is completed, your order is shipped from our local TSRTC cargo to the nearest cargo facility to your specified location. The cargo details are collected at the time of shipping.

Tracking and Notifications:
- Following shipment, you will receive tracking details via SMS to the provided phone number. Additionally, we will share photographs of your package, along with the receipt and tracking details, via email. A URL will also be provided for easy tracking of your shipment.

Package Pickup:
- Upon arrival at the destination cargo facility, we kindly request that you arrange for pickup of your package within 24-48 hours. This timeframe is essential due to the delicate nature of our products and to ensure their integrity upon receipt.

Inspection and Claims:
- Upon pickup, please exercise caution when opening the package. Should you discover any damaged items, we urge you to document the damages by taking both photographs and videos on the same day of receipt. Please promptly forward these visual records to us so that we may initiate a written claim process with the cargo service provider.
